THE WORKOUTS

If I had to define it briefly, this would be the most fitting description. The workout is based on various methods and tools.

I combine functional training with classic gym exercises and cardio-focused boxing techniques.

The main equipment includes dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands, but occasionally you’ll also work with ropes, tractor tires, or sandbags.

Each session follows a personalized workout plan based on your goals.

Cross Training*

*meaning: A training method that utilizes movements from various sports to develop both coordination and conditioning abilities.
